Question to ponder: What are 10 words that describe your personality?
Take 10 – 20 minutes to think about this and write in your journal.
On Thursday, we will bring consistency to your movement. Again, the only way to achieve the results in your body and movement is to be consistent with it.
What you will need:
- Mat
- Foam Roller
- Therabands
- Towel to support your head (or a pillow)
The book reading for April was The Four Agreements. Given a schedule conflict, we will be discussing it on Thursday, May 4th at 5:30pm EST. Even if you have read it, you will always find a new message.
